Jaini provides informational dietary guidance based on available product data. It is a free tool provided without warranty. See the Disclaimer for details on the limitations of the information provided.
Permitted use
You may use Jaini for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically query Jaini's API in bulk without permission
- Misrepresent Jaini results as certification, endorsement, or religious authority
- Use the service in a way that places an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or tamper with the service
Rate limits
Jaini enforces per-device rate limits on lookups. If you need higher limits for a legitimate use case, contact us at hello@swapncore.com.
Community feedback
Votes submitted via the "Looks right" and "Flag" buttons are used to improve classification accuracy. Votes are not verified and do not constitute endorsement by Jaini.
User submissions
If you submit a report or missing product, you represent that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant Jaini the right to use submitted information to improve the service.
Intellectual property
The Jaini name, logo, and application code are the property of Jaini / Swapncore. Product data displayed by Jaini is sourced from third-party databases and is subject to their respective licenses.
Disclaimer of warranties
Jaini is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaini and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or reliance on the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
